The NHS has embarked on enhancing its leadership training program through the Leadership Development Series, aiming to instil essential leadership behaviours across its staff. This initiative arose from recognizing a gap in practical, engaging training that not only educates but also activates leadership potential in every employee.
This series, comprising four modules, targets key areas such as Change Agility, In the Moment Leadership, Influence with Integrity, and Taking Personal Ownership. Each video module is designed to be bite-sized yet impactful, mixing theoretical models with interactive elements that encourage self-assessment and practical application in daily tasks. Our role was to bring these concepts to life through vibrant animations and illustrations, making complex ideas accessible and engaging for all NHS staff.
